Warehouse labour where your freight actually lands

Containers do not wait. When a load arrives short-handed, the cost is not just the crew you do not have — it is detention on the trailer, a dock that backs up behind it, and a carrier who remembers. Express Lumpers exists to keep that from happening.

We supply trained warehouse crews to receiving operations across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Washington State. Every associate is trained before they reach your site, covered by workers’ compensation and general liability, and supervised by a lead who reports to your receiving manager rather than to us.

What our crews do

• Container unloading and loading — floor-loaded and palletized, including hand-bomb work most agencies will not take on.
• Cross-docking — inbound to outbound without touching your racking.
• Repalletizing and restacking — damaged, mixed or non-conforming pallets rebuilt to your standard.
• Packaging and repacking — relabelling, kitting and rework at volume.
• Forklift and machine operators — certified, including reach and high-reach where required.
• Delivery drivers — for loaded trucks and local runs.

Flat rate per container, agreed before we start

Most staffing agencies bill by the hour, which means a slow crew costs you more than a fast one. We price per container, agreed in advance. If the work takes longer than expected, that is our problem rather than your invoice. No hourly surprises, and no re-work — every container we start is finished the same day.

Where we operate

Each location below covers the warehouse corridors around it, not just the city itself. Our BC crews serve Metro Vancouver including Delta, Langley and Richmond. Alberta covers Calgary, Airdrie, Balzac and Rocky View. Ontario reaches across the GTA and Peel, including Mississauga, Brampton and Milton. Quebec serves Greater Montreal from Saint-Laurent. Washington covers the Puget Sound corridor from Kent and Auburn through Sumner, Fife and Tacoma.
